Indeed the journey is well underway! In my May newsletter, I shared the launch of my coaching and consulting business. In the months that followed, I have evolved my offer and have been rebranding from the inside out. I am the Integration Coach. This style of coaching is focused on creating bridges across all areas of a person’s life. While I absolutely love the executive coaching space, given my deep and extensive business and people leadership background, there is more. Yes, more to us than work, More than being a phenomenal leader and running a people centric organization. More than focusing on our health and wellbeing. There is simply more to life than all of the parts. I believe that a truly integrated life proves that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. The best coaches focus on integration. They may center their expertise or focus on a specific area, but the are always looking for full life application. There is proof. Schedule a session with Kailei Carr, Leilani Manulu, Myra Capri. or Josette LeBlanc and you will know exactly what I mean. They look at the whole person. They are steeped in the ability to diagnose and connect what they identify to the change that their client desires to make. They are also some of my favorite destiny parters, so while I may be biased, I also know truth. We are called to support people as they design the life they desire, ultimately unlocking their purpose. In order to do that well, you have to be focused on the entire person and the greatest outcome, for them and for the impact they are to make in the world.
Integration is critical to our collective path ahead as well. Imagine working on your growth and healing work only to continue to work in an environment that is not open to your operating from a place of full alignment. For example, some of the best parts of who you are have been left out of your work, meetings and relationships. How much stronger could your contributions be if you were not swept up in an internal battle stemming from dimming your light? Your brilliance is halved when you are not operating at your full capacity. It is often our spirituality that is left outside of the building. Our intuition and “knowing” that we do not embrace. The same gift that was designed to be our compass and to synthesize our wisdom is muted at work and in so many other areas of our lives.
So I rose to the occasion. I created a new offering called “Trusted Advisorship”, where I support C-suite executives and business owners who desire to perform at their optimum level and are eager to live, work, and play in an integrated way. They understand that by walking in their fullness, they will create cultures that encourage the same from their employees. The freedom and growth inherent in this change will shift the trajectory of humanity. I am honored to be a part of the shift. Take some moments this month to consider what integration looks like in your life and how intentionally tapping into your spirituality could shift discussions and decisions. This is the beginning.
